Hardware R&D engineers will work with engineers in Shanghai, Wuxi, Korea and other places to help domestic and foreign design house develop the latest IC testing solutions.Work includes requirements analysis, feasibility analysis, task planning, project management, design execution, quality control and validation.Our work is very challenging because the projects we are involved in and the chips under test are all cutting-edge technologies and contain future technologies.

Responsibilities:

1. Research and develop solutions for next generation IC hardware testing  for national and even global customers

2. Provide hardware design support and consultation;

4. Hardware design project management;

5. Work closely with local teams of Testrong and customers.

1.University degree or above in Electronic information, microelectronics, mechatronics, communication engineering, automation, instrumentation, biomedical engineering or electronic circuit or hardware design;

2. Good understanding and mastery of electronic circuit principle and application;

3. Experience in multi-layer Board Design or Embedded Circuit Design is preferred;

4. Good communication skills ,good written and oral English skills;

Responsible for Socket design and development for key customers.

1. Able to communicate with key customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to them

2. Must be able to develop and design mechanical parts by using 3D software, draw product assembly drawing and parts drawing.

3. Able to communicate with customers during the design process to ensure the accuracy and success of the project.

4.  Follow up product manufacturing, assembly and on-site installation and debugging process;

5.  Work with other departments to solve the problems on production site;

6.  Provide 24-hour on-site customer support

1. At least five years work experience in the field of mechanical design
2. University degree or above in mechanical electronics;
3. Familiar with industry product standard and socket design standard;
4. Familiar with the manufacturing process of advanced mechanical electronics and semiconductor industry;
5. Experience in thermal simulation and force simulation; HFSS working experience is preferred;
6. Good SPC, DOE, FMEA knowledge and practical application experience;
7. Experience in socket design for international and domestic customers is preferred;
8. Must be able to work on the office software.
