From July 25th to 27th, 2023, Zhang Guoqing, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, attended the "2023 National Conference on the Development of Specialized, Refined, Special, and New Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" in Hangzhou. With the rapid development of the national economy, small and medium-sized enterprises play an increasingly important role in driving economic growth and innovation. As of now, there are 98,000 specialized, refined, special, and new small and medium-sized enterprises and 12,000 "small giant" enterprises nurtured nationwide. These enterprises have demonstrated clear advantages and characteristics in technology, products, or services, becoming important driving forces for China's economic transformation and upgrading.
Representing exemplary specialized, refined, special, and new small and medium-sized enterprises, Shanghai Testrong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. Statistics show that, by the end of June this year, more than 1,600 specialized, refined, special, and new small and medium-sized enterprises have been listed on the A-share market, accounting for over 30% of all listed A-share companies. In the first half of this year, specialized, refined, special, and new enterprises accounted for more than 60% of new A-share listings. These figures fully demonstrate the strong performance of specialized, refined, special, and new enterprises in the capital market and the high recognition they receive from investors.
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will further increase financial support.
